Squishmallow Party Backdrop
Pulling all the party décor together for the squishmallow party backdrop was the fun part!
I incorporated this very affordable cupcake pinata into the backdrop for a taller statement piece.
I got mine at Party City!

Another easy decorating idea is to use different color streamers.
There are many colors to choose from at the Dollar Tree.
I twisted them and then incorporated squishmallow trading cards for an easy squishmallow party decoration.

To complete the look I got some Dollar Tree helium balloons in various colors.

Squishmallow Cupcake Toppers
I made my own squishmallow cupcake toppers!
This is not the first time I’ve done this inexpensive hack for a themed birthday party.
All you do is cut out your favorite squishmallows on cardstock paper.
Then you cut them out.
Finally, you tape them to a tooth pick.
Easy peasy!!
I also made a bunch with the Squishmallow Brand logo.
I made the cupcakes look extra festive but easy a cupcake tree stand.

I always use my dining room sideboard to serve desserts.
We had crème puffs, extra large marshmallows and of course, squishmallow cupcakes.
We also always sing happy birthday in the dining room so it makes it very easy to serve the cupcakes right from the buffet side board.

There are a few very few places where you can purchase squishmallow birthday party supplies but you can use actual squishmallows and squishmallow trading cards as party decorations too.
I also found some squishmallow clip art online and printed them on cardstock.

Our squishmallow party activity was the pinata which also doubled as a goody bag full of candy for each child to take home!
We also printed an extra large squishmallow to play pin the nose on the squishmallow.

Squishmallow Party Favors
What would a squishmallow birthday party be without squishmallow party favors?
I used the squishville squishmallow’s for my party favors.
These are small (only 2”) perfect for party favors.
I also added a squishmallow trading card and candy of course.
Another great idea is to get the 5” 8 pack of squishmallows from Costco!
These are slightly more than the squishville squishmallows but kids love them!
Costco has them in different squads too!
Squishmallow Birthday Party Invites
I’m not sure if anyone sends out mailed birthday party invitations anymore but I generally use Evite.
Evite has a lot of invitations that you can add a photo to that are absolutely free!
I simply uploaded a squishmallow clip art image and made my very own squishmallow birthday party invite!
You can message your guests, create polls, send reminders, add gift lists and more!
