Are Trundle Beds Comfortable For Adults?
Yes and no. First, it will depend if it is a twin size trundle bed or a full size trundle bed. Generally, one adult can sleep on a twin size trundle bed. The bigger the audit, the less comfortable the twin sized trundle will be. A full size trundle bed is also probably only comfortable for one adult but if it is just for a night, I think two adults could manage.
Do Trundle Beds Come In Full Size?

Do Trundle Beds Work On Carpet?
Absolutely trundle beds work on carpet. I know from experience. In fact, in my daughter’s room, her trundle bed goes partially over her carpet and tufted wool area rug as well.

No trundle beds do not need a box spring. Generally speaking a trundle bed is built to sit at normal mattress height. The mattress will go right on top of the slats without a box spring.
